YourArtSource.com (YAS) is a secure web site designed for easy browsing and easy shopping. We employ a dedicated team of art
lovers to search throughout the world to find art that is so varied that almost anyone can find art that fits their discriminating
tastes. After the artist applies to IAC to be included on our web site a talented art panel juries their work. Less than one-half
of all artists that apply actually are displayed on our pages.
Our Guarantee: We offer a 100% of sale price refund to any investor that is dissatisfied with the art they purchase. Approximately
one week after you receive your art an email or phone call from YAS will be made to determine that you are satisfied with your
purchase. If you are; we immediately pay the artist. If you are not satisfied; we try to remedy the problem. If you request a refund;
you simply ship the art back to the artist properly packaged and insured. When the artist receives his art back: YAS will refund
your purchase price (shipping fees are not refunded). We are sorry; but this applies to purchases made within the United States and
Canada only.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs within the U.S. are automatically calculated during the checking out process. Our secure shopping
cart software bases this on shipping weight, overall measurements and the from and to zip codes. United Parcel Service, UPS, delivers
most packages. If you or the artist live outside the continental United States, a sales consultant will contact you after check out
to advise you of the shipping charges that apply.
Sales Tax: A 7% Sales tax is only applicable if the artist and buyer live in Florida.
Payments: The preferred method of payment is credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Paying by
check or Money Order are also accepted. Personal checks and non-secure methods of payment have to be cleared by the bank prior
to the artist shipping their work.
Fraudulent Charges: If an unauthorized charge is made to your credit card account as a result of shopping at YAS, you will pay
nothing. Your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges thanks to the Fair Credit Billing Act. If your
bank does hold you liable for any amount up to $50, YAS will cover the entire liability for you. In the event of unauthorized use
of your credit card, it is your responsibility to immediately notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting
rules and procedures.
Delivery Times: Most art should be received within 10 days of purchase. Exceptions are International shipments, custom made orders,
and exceptions noted in the artworks description.
